Basic training on aerial swings

Service Description

4 1-hour online meetings to develop the first oscillations on aerial equipment. You will be given important information on the basic oscillations of aerial acrobatics, you will also be shown exercises to practice as conditioning and strengthening. At the end of the course you will be sent your certificate issued by Acrobazar. The course will be developed in the following way: 20 min of preparation and conditioning exercises 30 min of practice on the equipment 10 min for questions and developments of the work done. What you will need: 1 Aerial station (minimum 3 meters high) with a connected equipment 1 Device connected to ZOOM *We recommend doing a small warm-up before the start of each meeting TRAINER: GIOVANNI CABIBBO Artistic director of Fabréc De Circ, he is responsible for the training of the pre-professional students of the school as well as the boys of the academic circus courses, he is also the trainer of the only course dedicated solely to aerial rope in the Emilia-Romagna region. He travels around Europe bringing dynamic workshops to all the dance and aerial acrobatics schools. He has created a contemporary circus collective called "Ultimo Attimo" with which he is currently creating, as well as other solo works that he is creating and bringing around the Italian squares.
