 A silk suitable for those who do not like the rebound effect during falls or want to practice dynamics and oscillations, its low elasticity in fact limits the rebound in dynamics, lightening the load on the shoulders and hands.

 HOW MANY METERS TO CHOOSE?
 It depends on where you want to hang your silk:
 
 Calculate at what distance from the ground si is your anchor point and multiply it by two and add a meter or two that will remain on the ground (the fabric must not be flush with the floor).
 
 Example:
 I intend to hang it on a * house beam which is 3 metri
 3m * 2 = 6m + 2m = 8 meters
 
 I need it for my garden, in fact I have a self-supporting structure / * tree of 5 metri of height from the ground
 5m * 2 = 10m + 2m = 12 meters
 
 I need it for my gym which has an anchor * 7 meters high
 7m * 2 = 14m + 2m = 16 meters
 
 * = Avoid DIY, rely on professionals to know how to create an anchor point and / or if the anchor point you want to use can withstand all the stresses it will be subjected to
 
 
 WHAT IS A BIG 8 AND SWIVEL ?, SHOULD I BUY IT / I ?:

 The Swivel is a hook that allows the silk to rotate freely without rolling up on itself, it is essential if you perform rotational / spin movements,  if you are an expert or intend to become one, it cannot be missing on your silk .

 MAINTENANCE:
 Keep your silk at a suitable temperature and humidity, away  from sharp objects or chemicals that could damage the fibers, You can wash your silk at a temperature of 30 ° reminding you to melt them  from any Big 8 and relative carabiner or any textile slings / rings.
 
 BEFORE EACH USE:
 Check that it has not been damaged during the last use, even a small hole will compromise the maximum weight it can bear.
 
 Check that your Big 8 has not "hooked" your silk as it could puncture
 
 Remove earrings, necklaces, pendants, piercings or anything else that could  pierce your silk.
