A hoop suitable for those who start or have just started the discipline but also for those who are experienced, the shape of the tube is slightly oval to allow greater comfort when seated
The 2 Hooks allow you to quickly connect your hoop to your anchor point, it also allows you to experiment with figures and movements where the imbalance of the hoop is required (such as a flag for example).
NB: you can ignore one or both of the hooks when you wish and use it as a smooth hoop by connecting the webbing / silk in the smooth tube.

WHICH EXTERNAL DIAMETER TO CHOOSE?
The external diameter is the dimension of the hoop including the thickness of the tube, this will mean that the internal one, and therefore the free one e usable by your body, is 24 mm smaller .
To find out which diameter is best for you, sit down and measure the height from the chair to your head and add 10cm (about a fist).
We do not have hoops suitable for the centimeter, buy the larger size if you are between 2 possible sizes.
Example:
83cm = hoop of 85 in external diameter
90cm = 90cm outer diameter hoop
99cm = hoop of 100 outside diameter
WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE TO HIDE OR NOT HIDE MY HOOP?
The tape allows your hands and clothes to have greater grip and resistance, we recommend that you tape it if you use it dressed (without too many points of the body uncovered as in Pole Dance), we advise you to choose it without tape if you use it without too many clothes as in Pole Dance in order to give the skin the task of creating friction with the iron pipe.
