A single smooth rope, the 4,5cm diameter allows a perfect ergonomic grip with little bulk during the execution of the chiavi, this  makes it perfect for roll-up, roll-down, key-roll etc ...
The 100% cotton core makes the rope very soft, the cover presents  a medium rough texture for a safe and comfortable grip.
The nylon-mixed cotton cover makes the string much more durable than other plain strings on the market.

HOW MANY METERS TO CHOOSE?
It depends on where you want to hang your rope:
 
Calculate how far from the ground your anchor point is and add a meter or two that will remain on the ground (the rope must not be flush with the floor).
 
Example:
I intend to hang it on a * house beam which is 2 meters above the ground
3m = 3m + 2m = 5 meters
 
I need it for my garden, in fact I have a self-supporting structure / * tree 5 meters high from the ground
5m = 5m + 2m = 7 meters
 
I need it for my gym which has an anchor * 7 meters high
7m = 7m + 1m = 8 meters
 
* = Avoid DIY, rely on professionals to know how to create an anchor point and / or if the anchor point you want to use can withstand all the stresses it will be subjected to
 
 
WHAT IS SWIVEL ?, SHOULD I BUY IT / I ?:
 
The Swivel is a hook that allows the rope to turn freely without rolling up on itself, it is essential if you perform rotational / spin movements, if you are an expert or intend to become one it cannot be missing on your rope.
NB: The Swivel must be purchased together with 2 carabiners to allow its use.

MAINTENANCE:
Keep the aerial rope at a suitable temperature and humidity, away from sharp objects or chemicals that could damage the fibers.
 
BEFORE EACH USE:
Check that it has not been damaged during the last use, even a small cut will compromise the maximum weight it can bear.
 
Remove earrings, necklaces, pendants, piercings or anything else that could damage the string
