WHICH EXTERNAL DIAMETER TO CHOOSE?
The external diameter is the dimension of the hoops including the thickness of the tube, this will mean that the internal one, and therefore the free one e usable by your body, is 24 mm smaller .
To find out which diameter is best for you, sit down and measure the height from the chair to your head and add 10cm (about a fist).
We do not have rims suitable for the centimeter, buy the larger size if you are between 2 possible sizes.
Example:
83cm = Hoop of 85 in external diameter
90cm = 90cm outer diameter hoop
99cm = hoop of 100 outside diameter
WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE TO HIDE OR NOT HIDE MY HOOP?
The tape allows your hands and clothes to have greater grip and resistance, we recommend that you tape it if you use it dressed (without too many points of the body uncovered as in Pole Dance), we recommend that you choose it without tape if you use it without too many clothes as in Pole Dance in order to give the skin the task of creating friction with the iron pipe.

WHAT ARE HOOKS AND WHAT ARE THEY USED FOR?
The Hoop Hooks are used to hang your hoop using carabiners.
Without hooks, your hoop can be connected with a sling or aerial silk.
The reasons to buy rims without hooks, with one hook or two hooks can be many, from the convenience of being able to hang the hoop quickly using a carabiner (and perhaps a swivel) to purely aesthetic and style.
We advise you to buy a hoop without hooks if you use the webbing or the silk as an extension of your tool and therefore if you use the webbing or the silk above to go to the flag or star for example
(NB: By connecting 2 straps you have the possibility to perform imbalances exactly as in the hoop with 2 hooks).

WHAT IS THE SLING, THE SILK AND SWIVEL ?, SHOULD I BUY IT ?:
The webbing is a high-strength textile sling connected on the hoop tube and al your anchor point. It is certified and tested to support the weight of one or more people.

The silk is a real aerial silk that is also connected a lark knot on the hoop tube and a knot at your anchor point, this makes the hoop a hybrid between a hoop and a silk / hammock.
Due to the knots that will shorten the silk, it is advisable to purchase at least 5 meters

The Swivel is a hook that allows the hoop to rotate freely without rolling any straps or straining the carabiners, it is essential if you perform rotational / spin movements, if you are an expert or intend to become one, you cannot miss it on your hoop.
NB: The Swivel is sold together with 2 carabiners to allow its use

MAINTENANCE:
If taped, keep your hoop at an adequate temperature and humidity and away from sunlight so that the glue of the tape does not melt or the color of the tape does not fade.
If your hoop is tapping and you use the bands or a silk remember to always untie your webbing or silk from the hoop to prevent the glue from transferring onto the webbing or silk sticky
If your rim has fallen from a height greater than 2 meters its certification is no longer valid, avoid using it for your safety.
BEFORE EACH USE:
Check that it has not been damaged during the last use if you notice that the hoop bends in one place or is crooked in another there could be cracks that compromise your safety.
Change the tape if you notice that it slips or lacks it in any place.
