WHICH EXTERNAL DIAMETER TO CHOOSE?
The external diameter is the size of the hoop including the thickness of the tube, this will mean that the internal one, and therefore the free one that can be used by your body, is 24 mm smaller.
 
To find which diameter is best for you, sit down and measure the height from the chair to your head and add 10cm (about a fist).
We don't have rims suitable for centimetres, buy the larger size if you are between 2 possible sizes.
 
Example:
83cm = Hoop of 85 of external diameter
90cm = Hoop of 90 outside diameter
99cm= Hoop of 100 outside diameter
 
WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE TO TAP OR NOT TAP MY RIM?
The tape allows your hands and clothes to have greater grip and resistance,you'll want to tape it if you use it dressed (without too many points of the body exposed as in Pole Dance),we suggest you choose it without tape if you use it without too many clothes as in Pole Dance in order to give the skin the task of creating friction with the iron pipe.

WHAT ARE HOOKS AND WHAT ARE THEY FOR?
The Hoop Hooks are used to hang your hoop through the use of carabiners.
If without hooks, your hoop can be connected using a webbing/textile ring or aerial fabric.
The reasons for buying hoops without hooks, with one hook or two hooks can be many, from the convenience of being able to hang the hoop quickly with a carabiner (and perhaps with a swivel) to purely aesthetic factors and styles of use.
 
We recommend that you purchase a hoop without hooks if you use the webbing or fabric as an extension of your tool and therefore if you use the webbing or fabric above to go to the flag or star for example
(NB: By connecting 2 slings you have the possibility of performing imbalances exactly as in the hoop with 2 hooks).

WHAT IS THE TAPE, THE FABRIC AND THE SWIVEL?, SHOULD I BUY THEM/S?:
The tape is a high-strength textile ring connected via a lark's head knot on the rim tube and to your anchor point. It is certified and tested to support the weight of one or more people.

The fabric it is a real aerial fabric which is also connected via a lark's head knot on the tube of the hoop and via a knot at your anchor point, this makes the hoop a hybrid between a hoop and a fabric/hammock.
Due to the knots that will shorten the fabric, it is advisable to purchase at least 5 metres

TheSwivel it is a hook that allows the hoop to turn freely without rolling up any slings or straining the carabiners, it is essential if you perform rotation/spin movements, if you are an expert or intend to become one, it cannot be missing on your hoop.

MAINTENANCE:
If taped, keep your rim at a suitable temperature and humidity and away from sunlight so that the glue of the tape does not melt or the color of the tape does not fade. 
If your hoop is taped and you use webbing or fabric remember to always untie your webbing or fabric from the hoop to prevent the glue from transferring onto the webbing or fabric making it sticky
If your hoop has fallen from a height greater than 2 meters its certification is no longer valid, avoid using it for your own safety.
 
BEFORE EACH USE:
Check that it has not been damaged during the last use. If you notice that the rim bends in one place or is crooked in another, there may be cracks that compromise your safety.
 
Change the tape if you notice it slipping or missing in any places.
